Refund policy

At Kishorify Pvt Ltd, we strive to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) is required.

⚠️ Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Please note:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • You receive the wrong item

  • There are missing items

We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a replacement or refund, where applicable.


Non-returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Used/opened religious/spiritual items (e.g., Rudraksha, Reiki items, pooja samagri, agarbatti, dhoop, fragrances)

  • Personal care items (e.g., oils, soaps, creams)

  • Gift cards

  • Items bought on sale or during promotions

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. After the return is accepted, place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • It may take up to 10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
